I designed tools, experiences and systems to promote and support designers, their individual practices and the user-centered design initiative at IBM. Previous projects include IBM Design Thinking, IBM Design Language and research for the Chairman.
To support and strengthen the design initiative at IBM and foster a sustainable, scalable culture of design, I led the research and design of an updated wayfinding system, event installations and on-boarding guide book, etc.
A redesign and reorganization of a small but expanding bakery's software and book keeping to improve consumer, vendor and administrator experiences and provide insight into company performance.
Inspired by the wholesome, nourishing ingredients and east asian teas and cuisine, I designed a flexible identity for this emerging granola brand.
Currently I am an Interaction Designer at Method, Inc. in San Francisco, CA.
